Week 1 day 1 New First!

Week 1 day 1
I started taking Supplements today. I wanted to start the supplements this week to see how my body handles them. After speaking with GNC sales person I decided to get the Mega Men Performance and Vitality.

The package has a variety of supplements including B-6, B-12, fish oil, for heart and cholesterol. They also have antioxidants vitamins and minerals that promote prostate health and sexual health. I also had to get Glutamine for joint and muscle support since I injure easy now.

Taking 10 pills plus, 3 pills to control my hypertension and heart health was kind of scary. In fact I hated the fish oil and prostate pills royally but after I got over it I noticed I felt better. I felt a little more energy and I wasn’t hungry.

Tomorrow I’ll do some light walks and light physical activity. The reason is to mostly test my schedule more than my body. When I get paid in 2 weeks I’ll catch my membership up and start more hearty cardio and weight training. By then I should be use to grind and it won’t be such an adjustment.
